Your Pet’s Bestie is a pet sitting service in Atlanta, GA focusing on bonding with the pet to form a special relationship. They go the extra mile to give their customers exactly what they’re looking for in pet care.
brand strategy
More than simply a pet sitting company, we developed a brand around “Besties”, happiness, and long-term connections. We referred to the consumer’s pets as Best Friends and the owner as their bestie that’s been waiting to play and care for their every need. Each aspect of YPB’s branding from messaging to identity was sought to inspire and encourage consumers to not only book services, but to fully enjoy the process.
logo design
The logo was redesigned to incorporate the colors and offer a Submark option for smaller spaces. We wanted to focus on adding multiple animals as Your Pet’s bestie cares for all types of animals. The brand’s icon is also inspired by a “heart” that is often used to show love for family or friends.
typography
The fonts Luckiest Guy is used for the main logo font and most of the headings for digital and print materials. The Montserrat font is used for regular text.
color palette
The brand’s color story contains bright and playful colors. The owner uses bright colors to dye her own hair and often used pinks, greens, and purples. We did our best to merry the owner and her business. The bright colors also represented the owners fun and bright personality.
social marketing
Instagram was used to showcase “Besties”, sales and discounts, funny quotes, and allowed customers to connect with their Pet’s Bestie. Bright colors helped the variety of pet images standout. Whether you are in search of a pet sitter or just love animals you would love this account theme.
print + product design
All print materials and merch were designed to incorporate the brand’s identity.
app design
The Your Pet’s Bestie mobile app was designed to be a source for customers to log in, view messages from their pet’s care giver, view updates from the owner, play pet centered games, leave reviews and more. The app was designed with a app builder called Anna Apps.
web design + development
The website was imagined to be the home of everything YPB. From booking clients, to cusstomer reviews the website was designed to be the hub. The website even featured a Shop page that allowed customers to purchase YPB merch.
